TRAINING ON HUMAN RIGHTS AND MANAGING REMOVAL CENTRES WAS HELD FOR DIRECTORS OF REMOVAL CENTRES

Within the scope of the project "Support for the strengthening of the Capacity of the Removal Centers of the Directorate General of Migration Management within the framework of International Human Rights Standards” conducted by the Directorate General of Migration Management, a training on human rights and managing removal centres for directors of removal centres was held in Gaziantep on 20-21 July 2017.

The programme included topics such as "Working Principles of Removal Centers, Administrative Detention, Vulnerable Migrants and Their Needs, Security Measures and Emergency Management", as well as "Gender Awareness and Effective Communication Methods".

The training programme ended after the attendance certificates were distributed.
