BY-LAW ON APPOINTMENT EVALUATION AND REPLACEMENT PUBLISHED IN OFFICIAL GAZETTE .


Directorate General For Migration Management  By-Law On Appointment Evaluatıon And Replacement was published In Offıcıal Gazette, which was prepared with the aim of setting the rules for appointment of the personnel, considering requirements of the service, assigned in central and provincial organisation of Directorate General for Migration Management as subject to Civil Servants Law, increasing their efficiency and ensuring dissemination of the system by assigning the personnel subject to rotation in different places of the country.
 
As per the provisions of the By-law, heads of provincial migration, heads of district migration, central directors, managers of shelters for victims of human trafficking and provincial migration experts are subject to appointment with rotation.  Obligatory working period is 3 years for the 5th region, 4 years for the 4th region and 5 years for other regions.
